Job summary

Moncler is seeking a Team Lead to act as an ambassador of the brand, supporting the Store Manager and CAM in coaching the team and developing client relationships. You will help drive sales, deliver exceptional client experiences, and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced luxury environment.

You will model the brand values, manage responsibilities on the sales floor, and contribute to a high-performing team focused on clienteling, performance coaching, and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive retail experience (luxury retail experience is preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager and CAM in coaching and developing the team.
• Build Client relationships and exceed personal sales targets.
• Support store operations and maintain Brand standards.
