Moncler is hiring a Team Lead in Costa Mesa to join our luxury retail team. You will act as an ambassador for the brand, supporting the Store Manager and CAM in coaching the team, building client relationships, and driving sales while delivering an exceptional client experience.

You will lead by example, mentor staff, and ensure operations align with brand standards. Strong sales performance, clienteling, and team communication are essential for success in this role.

Formación

• 5+ years of progressive retail experience, preferably luxury.
• 2+ years of supervisory experience.
• Experience in clienteling and client relationships preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead by example and coach team toward sales goals.
• Develop long-term client relationships and database.
• Communicate retail strategy and performance to the team.
