Job summary

Moncler in Costa Mesa, CA is seeking a Team Lead to coach the sales floor, build Client relationships, and drive store performance. You will partner with Store Manager and CAM to develop the team, nurture client connections, and ensure the highest level of client experience, while maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive retail experience (luxury retail experience is preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Build long-term client relationships using clienteling tools.
• Establish a client-centric mindset in store to deliver elevated client experiences.
• Communicate and inspire the team around retail strategy and performance through briefings, trainings, and coaching.
• Exceed personal sales targets through client development, conversion, and relationship building.
• Develop and maintain a strong client database and personal client book.
• Support the development and execution of plans to drive business and maximize product performance.
• Ensure brand policies, standards, and grooming guidelines are followed.
• Support inventory management and operational processes as needed.
• Lead by example and foster teamwork and a positive work environment.
• Provide feedback to merchandising on product performance and client insights.
