Moncler is seeking a Team Lead to coach and develop the store team, manage client relationships, and help achieve sales goals while delivering the highest level of client experience. You will model brand values and support store management with daily operations and client-focused initiatives.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in luxury retail with at least 2 years in a supervisory role, strong leadership, and a client-centric mindset to excel in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Minimum 5 years of progressive retail experience, luxury retail preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
