Job summary

Moncler Group Americas is seeking a Store Manager to lead a flagship boutique, delivering exceptional luxury client experiences and driving sales, profitability, and talent development. You will translate business priorities into action, coach a high-performing team, and partner with regional leadership to uphold Moncler's brand standards.

The role requires five years of luxury retail leadership, a solid understanding of KPIs, CRM, and clienteling, and flexibility to work evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of five years of progressive luxury retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams while fostering accountability and inclusion.

Responsibilities

• Lead overall store performance and objectives.
• Develop store-specific business strategies with Regional Leadership.
• Analyze KPIs, traffic, inventory performance, client trends, and market opportunities to drive results.
• Coach and develop the store team with timely, specific feedback.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to execute priorities and events.
