Job summary

Moncler is seeking a Floor Supervisor to lead client-focused luxury retail experiences. You will drive individual and team performance, coach the sales floor, and ensure Moncler standards in service, product knowledge, and operations.

You will manage floor coverage as manager on duty, mentor staff, and cultivate long-term client relationships using CRM tools while maintaining premium store presentation.

Qualifications

• Two to four years of sales experience within luxury fashion or premium retail, with supervisory or leadership experience preferred.
• Proven ability to deliver exceptional client service and achieve sales objectives.
• Strong commercial mindset with KPI awareness and trend recognition.
• Experience coaching or mentoring others in professional settings.
• Proficiency with CRM tools and proactive client outreach.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Fluency in the local language and English; additional languages a plus.

Responsibilities

• Embody the Moncler Selling Ceremony and ensure brand standards on every client interaction.
• Build authentic client relationships with personalized recommendations.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales objectives and KPIs, including CRM capture and productivity.
• Coach and motivate the sales team, sharing best practices and feedback.
• Lead by example on floor coverage, onboarding, and store operations.
• Support inventory prep, counts, replenishment, and product presentation.
• Act as Brand Ambassador to attract new clients and strengthen local presence.
• Collaborate with store leadership to maintain a professional and productive environment.
