Moncler is seeking a Team Lead to coach and develop a high-performing sales team in a luxury retail environment in Santa Clara, NM. You will support store leadership, develop client relationships, and drive sales targets while maintaining brand standards and exceptional client experiences.

The role emphasizes coaching, operations support, and partnership with management to elevate client service and business results. Experience in luxury retail and clienteling is highly valued.

Formación

• Minimum 5 years of progressive retail experience (luxury retail experience preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.

Responsabilidades

• Build long-term Client relationships and leverage clienteling tools.
• Establish a client-centric mindset to ensure elevated client experience.
• Communicate and inspire the team around retail strategy and performance information.
• Exceed personal sales targets through client development, conversion, and relationship building.
• Develop and maintain a client database and personal client book for store performance.
• Support development and execution of plans to drive business and maximize product performance.
