Job summary

Moncler in Costa Mesa is seeking a Team Lead who will act as an ambassador for the brand, coaching the team, building client relationships, and ensuring an exceptional client experience while upholding brand standards.

You will collaborate with Store Manager and CAM to drive sales, lead by example, and support store operations through trainings, briefings, and day-to-day management, delivering outstanding service and results.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of progressive retail experience (luxury retail preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Strong client development, sales, and leadership capabilities.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support the team in building long-term Client relationships and demonstrate top performance by effectively leveraging clienteling tools.
• Establish a client-centric mindset in store to ensure the highest level of Client experience through elevated and engaging CEM segments.
• Communicate and inspire the team around retail strategy, business priorities, and relevant performance information through morning briefings, trainings, and ongoing coaching.
• Exceed personal sales targets, modeling expectations for the team through strong client development, conversion, and relationship building.
• Develop and maintain a strong Client database and personal client book, contributing to overall store performance and new Client acquisition.
• Support the development and execution of action plans to drive business and maximize product performance, leveraging clienteling, visual merchandising, training, and team feedback.
