Job summary

Moncler, the luxury brand, is seeking a Store Manager for a flagship boutique in New York to lead business performance and a high-caliber team. You will drive sales, clienteling, and operational excellence while delivering exceptional experiences to a diverse local and international clientele.

You will translate company priorities into clear action plans, coach and develop staff, manage payroll and scheduling, and partner with regional leadership and cross-functional teams to elevate brand

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; relevant experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
• 5+ years of luxury retail leadership experience, including high-volume store management.
• Experience leading and developing high-performing teams with accountability and inclusion.
• Strong commercial acumen with KPIs, financials, and client insights to drive growth.
• Expertise in luxury client experience, clienteling, CRM, and relationship development.
• Strong operational judgment across merchandising, inventory, compliance, payroll, and scheduling.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills; able to influence across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead store performance across sales, profitability, productivity, client development, and operations.
• Develop and execute store-specific strategies with Regional Leadership; translate priorities into actions.
• Analyze KPIs, traffic, inventory, client trends to drive sustainable results.
• Drive CRM capture, clienteling, and repurchase rate; manage governance of client data.
• Coach and develop the store team; recruit, onboard, and retain talent; provide feedback.
• Oversee scheduling, payroll, and expenses to maximize productivity and profitability.
• Partner with cross-functional teams and brand partners to elevate standards and initiatives.
