Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; relevant experience accepted in lieu of a degree.
• Minimum of five years of progressive luxury retail leadership experience.
• Ability to lead and develop high-performing teams with accountability and inclusion.
• Strong commercial acumen to interpret KPIs and client insights for growth.
• Expertise in luxury client experience, clienteling, CRM, and relationship development.
• Proficiency in operating retail systems and inventory controls.

Responsibilities

• Lead store performance, achieving sales, profitability, and client development goals.
• Develop and execute store strategies in partnership with regional leadership.
• Analyze KPIs, traffic, inventory, and market trends to drive actions.
• Coach and develop the store team, build succession plans, and drive engagement.
• Ensure exceptional client experiences and brand presentation on the sales floor.
