TUMI, a premier luxury retailer, seeks an Associate Manager for its retail team in New Jersey. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional client experience, driving sales, and upholding the brand’s standards.

You will lead, coach, and engage with clients to build loyalty and strong relationships while maintaining visual excellence and compliance. You will oversee training, team development, and execution of store initiatives to achieve KPI targets and retail growth within a dynamic luxury

Qualifications

• Experience in luxury retail is preferred.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales and KPI targets.
• Strong leadership by example with ability to manage deadlines.
• Excellent communication and client service skills.

Responsabilités

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics.
• Lead initiative: plan, prioritize, and drive change while maintaining store standards.
• Develop and coach store staff; support quarterly goals and training initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and deliver world-class service.
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with brand guidelines and drives client engagement.
• Maintain payroll accuracy and comply with all company policies.
