Qualifications

• Strong sales track record and KPI achievement.
• Ability to train and develop store staff.
• Flexible to work nights, weekends, mornings and holidays.
• Experience in luxury retail is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed personal sales and KPI metrics including conversion, DPT, UPT and Client Data Capture.
• Display initiative, plan strategically, and support change.
• Train and develop staff; conduct quarterly goal setting for personal growth.
• Communicate effectively; maintain ethical standards and brand alignment.
• Ensure visual merchandising aligns with guidelines and enhances client experience.
• Manage timecards, payroll accuracy, and adherence to policies.
