Job summary

TUMI is seeking an Associate Manager for our New York retail team. You will create a client experience that mirrors the brand ethos, build and maintain client relationships, and drive sales through outstanding service.

• Strong sales and client experience, preferably in the luxury market.
• Ability to lead and coach teams to achieve KPI targets.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, holidays as needed.
• Strong time management and integrity in leadership.
• Comfort with fast-paced retail environments and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Meet and exceed individual and store baseline goals for personal sales and KPI metrics.
• Display initiative, plan and prioritize, and champion change.
• Take responsibility for performance and complete tasks on time.
• Train and develop store associates; provide coaching and feedback.
• Communicate effectively; maintain ethical conduct and collaboration.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and client experience; ensure a consistent, superior client experience.
