Job summary

Cartier in the United States (Dallas, TX or Las Vegas, NV) seeks a Talent Acquisition Manager, Retail – Southwest to lead end-to-end recruitment for boutique roles, build a robust talent pipeline, and elevate candidate experience across the regions.

You will partner with HR partners, hiring managers, and leaders to define vacancies, create interview cadences, and present diverse shortlists. The role requires 3–5 years of retail recruitment and strong digital/ATS skills within luxury retail.

Qualifications

• You are a people-magnet and expert communicator.
• Recruiting experience in a fast-paced luxury retail environment.
• 3–5 years of retail recruitment at boutique level with high-volume requisitions.
• Team player who can share resources, energy, and candidates.
• Digital proficiency with ATS, social media, and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define vacancies and interview cadence.
• Interview candidates against position competencies and build diverse shortlists.
• Develop and maintain talent pipelines via ATS, social media, and job boards.
• Partner with HR and Leaders to align recruitment with talent strategies.
• Maintain a high-touch candidate experience throughout the process.
