Job summary

Cartier is seeking a Talent Acquisition Manager, Retail – West to lead end-to-end recruitment for boutiques from Los Angeles to San Francisco. You will build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and partner with HR and Hiring Managers to drive hiring excellence.

The role requires 3–5 years of high-volume retail recruiting in luxury retail, strong interview skills, and proficiency with ATS and Microsoft Office. Some travel may be involved to support a coast-to-coast team.

Qualifications

• Sales/boutique retail recruiting experience in fast-paced environments.
• 3–5 years of boutique-level retail recruitment experience.
• Ability to manage 20+ requisitions simultaneously.
• Team player with time-zone flexibility and collaborative approach.
• Proficient with ATS and Microsoft Office tools.
• Integrity and confidentiality are essential.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to define vacancies and cadence.
• Interview candidates against role competencies and build a diverse shortlist.
• Provide hiring managers with a shortlist of qualified candidates.
• Build talent pipelines using ATS, social media, job boards, and campus outreach.
• Develop relationships with hiring managers and leaders to understand needs.
• Coordinate and attend local job fairs and college events.
• Track interviews, placements, and spend in the talent model and report.
• Present recruitment activity to executives and senior leadership.
