Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in retail recruitment at boutique level.
• Ability to manage 20+ requisitions simultaneously.
• Strong relationship-building with candidates and internal clients.
• Digital savvy with ATS, social platforms and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to understand vacancies and labor market insights.
• Interview candidates against competencies, build diverse shortlists, and maintain relationships with referrals.
• Maintain a high-touch candidate experience throughout the process.
• Develop and execute recruitment strategies with HR partners and leaders.
