Job summary

Richemont North America is seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Recruiter to lead recruitment for boutique luxury roles across the Americas. You will screen candidates, partner with HR business partners and hiring managers, and build a robust talent pipeline.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of experience in luxury retail recruitment, can handle 20+ requisitions, and excels at high-touch candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years in boutique retail recruitment.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-volume hiring.
• Ability to manage 20+ requisitions.
• Strong communication and relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead intake meetings with hiring managers and define interview cadence.
• Screen and interview candidates for competencies and behaviors.
• Build diverse shortlists and maintain high-touch candidate experience.
• Develop talent pipelines using ATS, social media, and job boards.
