Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to welcome clients, operate the POS, maintain the sales floor, and ensure accurate flow of stock from receipt to sale.

This role requires retail experience, fashion awareness, strong English, excellent communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury environment. Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Familiar with cash registers, basic computer skills, iPad/Laptop use, Mobile POS and Internet.
• Ability to read price and product release sheets and use walkie talkies.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients warmly and provide personalized assistance; anticipate needs.
• Serve as brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-ons, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where allowed.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom.
• Manage stock levels, replenish floor, and perform visual merchandising updates.
• Support floor activities and collaborate with team/management as needed.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and Loss Prevention compliance.
