Coach is a global fashion house; we strive for memorable service and beautifully organized stores. The Sales Support Associate supports store success by greeting customers, handling the cash wrap, maintaining the sales floor, and ensuring stock flow from receipt to point of sale.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year of retail experience, a passion for fashion, strong English communication, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced luxury environment. Flexible schedule incl. nights/weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Strong English communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and loss prevention basics.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and assist with visual merchandising updates.
