Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to join our luxury store team in a fast-paced environment. You will greet clients, operate the POS, maintain the cash wrap, and support stockroom and sales floor operations to ensure a seamless customer experience.

The role requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and peak periods. Prior luxury retail exposure is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ years retail experience, preferably luxury, or combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, Internet and basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organization.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and provide personalized assistance.
• Act as brand ambassador and engage with local market.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer data where allowed.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Maintain stock levels and merchandising updates on the sales floor.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
