Coach, a global fashion house, seeks a Sales Support Associate to warmly welcome clients, handle POS transactions, and maintain a polished sales floor. You will help with stock, shipments, and visual merchandising while upholding brand standards and loss prevention policies.

The role requires basic tech skills, fashion awareness, and strong customer service in a fast-paced luxury retail setting. Flexibility for a flexible schedule, including nights and weekends, is necessary.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience or equivalent education/experience
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition
• Experience with cash registers and basic computer skills (iPad/Laptop, Mobile POS)
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong English language proficiency

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador internally and in the local market; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media in policy compliance.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests confidently, and collaborate with team/management.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
