Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role (luxury/premium or comparable retail preferred).
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Social media literacy and understanding of platform trends.
• Comfort with omni-channel/virtual selling tools and clienteling systems.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, peak season.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance and KPI targets while leading the team.
• Build client relationships and ensure exceptional in-store and after-sales experiences.
• Coach team on goals and performance; support recruitment and onboarding.
• Perform opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory management.
• Lead omni-channel initiatives and live-stream selling while promoting brand on social media.
• Capture customer data to grow loyalty and repeat purchases.
