Responsibilities

• Drive sales and KPI targets while leading the team on the sales floor.
• Build client relationships through proactive outreach and brand service standards.
• Coach team on goals and performance; support recruitment and onboarding.
• Perform opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory control.
• Lead omni-channel and digital selling initiatives, including live interactions.
