Ideal candidates have 2+ years in luxury retail leadership, strong English, and proficiency with MS Office; experience with clienteling and live-stream selling is a plus. This role emphasizes inclusion and brand-aligned excellence.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role (luxury/premium or comparable retail preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented and able to multi-task.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal sales performance while leading the team to achieve sales and KPI targets; analyze metrics and implement best practices to improve results and efficiency.
• Build client relationships through proactive outreach and service standards; lead proactive outreach to drive repeat business and VIP retention.
• Coach team on goals and performance; support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development.
• Foster an inclusive, equitable, and diverse culture that empowers teams to thrive authentically.
• Perform and supervise opening/closing procedures: cash handling, bank deposits, register operations, and securing the facility.
• Accurately process POS transactions and inventory functions to maintain inventory integrity.
• Drive omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives, including live-stream shopping.
