Job summary

Kate Spade New York is seeking a Supervisor to lead a high-energy sales team and deliver exceptional customer experiences. The role focuses on achieving sales and KPI targets while coaching staff through recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development.

Responsibilities include driving omni-channel initiatives, managing cash and inventory, and fostering an inclusive, productive store culture that emphasizes client relationships and outstanding service.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role (luxury/premium or comparable retail preferred).
• Strong written and verbal communication; detail-oriented and proactive.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and omni-channel/virtual selling tools.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal sales and lead the team to hit KPI targets; analyze metrics to improve results.
• Build client relationships and ensure exceptional in-store and after-sales service; drive VIP retention.
• Coach team on goals, support recruitment and onboarding, and advocate for the team.
• Perform opening/closing procedures, manage cash handling and inventory, and ensure stock availability.
• Lead omni-channel initiatives, including live-stream selling and clienteling.
