Qualifications

• Social media literacy and understanding of platform trends.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance while leading the team to hit sales and KPI targets.
• Lead by example with brand ambassador service standards and on-floor leadership.
• Coach team on goals, recruitment, onboarding and development.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory integrity.
• Drive omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives and live-streaming.
• Build client relationships and drive VIP retention.
