Kate Spade New York is seeking a Supervisor to support store leadership by creating a customer-first, high-energy sales environment. The role drives productivity and profitability through team building, coaching, goal setting, client development, and adherence to Kate Spade standards.

You will lead by example on the sales floor, elevate service and selling behaviors, and oversee operations to ensure accuracy in cash handling, inventory, and POS transactions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift at least 25 lbs and handle physical requirements of the role.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal sales and lead the team to achieve sales and KPI targets.
• Build client relationships through proactive outreach and Kate Spade service standards.
• Coach team on goals and performance and support recruitment and onboarding.
• Perform opening/closing procedures including cash handling and POS operations.
• Drive omni-channel and live selling initiatives and data-driven improvements.
