Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; detail-oriented, proactive, and able to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and staff; a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and peak seasons.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal sales performance while leading the team to achieve sales and KPI targets; analyze metrics and implement best practices.
• Build client relationships through proactive outreach and brand service standards; drive repeat business and VIP retention.
• Coach team on goals and performance; support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development.
• Perform opening/closing procedures; cash handling, POS transactions, and inventory integrity.
• Drive omni-channel and virtual selling initiatives and live-stream shopping.
