Job summary

kate spade new york is seeking a Supervisor to lead a high-energy luxury store team in Florida. You will drive sales, oversee opening/closing, coach staff, and ensure exceptional client experiences in line with kate spade service standards.

You will foster an inclusive culture, manage inventory and POS transactions, and champion omni-channel initiatives such as live-stream shopping and clienteling. A 2+ year retail leadership background and strong English are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in retail service with management or floor leadership.
• Ability to communicate with customers and staff on the sales floor.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Strong English language proficiency.
• Experience with omni-channel/virtual selling tools and clienteling systems.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales by leading the team to hit KPI targets and improve results.
• Build client relationships and drive VIP retention.
• Coach and develop store team; support recruiting and onboarding.
• Oversee opening/closing procedures, cash handling, and inventory.
• Lead omni-channel initiatives including live-stream shopping.
