Kate Spade New York is seeking a Supervisor to lead a high-energy store team and deliver exceptional service while driving sales and KPI performance. The role requires coaching, recruitment support, and adherence to brand standards.

As a brand ambassador, you will manage opening/closing, cash handling, and omni-channel initiatives, including live-stream selling and clienteling to grow loyalty and repeat business.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Knowledge of omni-channel/virtual selling tools and clienteling systems.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal sales performance while leading the team to achieve sales and KPI targets.
• Build client relationships through proactive outreach and service standards; drive VIP retention.
• Coach team on goals and performance; support recruitment, onboarding, and development.
• Perform opening/closing procedures: cash handling, bank deposits, and register operations.
• Drive omni-channel and live-stream selling initiatives and data capture to grow loyalty.
