Kate Spade New York is seeking a Supervisor to lead a high-energy sales floor, coach the team, and drive customer-first service. You will oversee opening/closing, cash handling, and POS transactions while ensuring inventory integrity and a strong client experience.

Responsibilities include developing client relationships, expanding omni-channel initiatives, and promoting brand standards. The role requires 2+ years in luxury retail leadership and proficient use of MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• 2+ years of experience in a retail service environment in a management or floor leadership role.
• A combination of education and experience considered for the role.
• Comfort with omni-channel/virtual selling tools and clienteling systems.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Drive personal sales performance while leading the team to achieve sales and KPI targets; analyze metrics and implement best practices to improve results and efficiency.
• Build client relationships through proactive outreach and service standards; drive repeat business and VIP retention.
• Coach team on goals and performance; support recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing development.
• Perform opening/closing procedures: cash handling, bank deposits, register operations, and security.
• Process POS transactions and manage inventory transfers, shipments, and stock accuracy.
• Drive omni-channel and live-stream selling initiatives; promote brand-safe social media engagement.
