Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate in the United States to deliver warm, professional service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor. You will assist customers, manage stock, and support seamless flow from receipt to point of sale.

The role requires retail experience, familiarity with POS systems, and strong communication skills. Candidates should be comfortable in a fast-paced environment and ready to contribute to store success.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competitors.
• Familiarity with POS systems and basic computer skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain the cash wrap.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
