The role requires 1+ year of retail or luxury sales experience, knowledge of fashion trends, and proficiency with POS systems. Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak periods is essential.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience in luxury or comparable environment.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive marketplace.
• Familiarity with cash registers/point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, internet).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism and provide personalized assistance.
• Represent the brand and engage with the local market and social media.
• Operate POS accurately; maintain cash wrap and adhere to policy for cash/media.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where allowed.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies; keep stockroom clean.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests; collaborate with team/management.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
