Coach, a global fashion house, seeks a Sales Support Associate in the United States. The role emphasizes warm client service, accurate POS operation, stock management, and brand representation at the cash wrap and sales floor.

You will maintain stockroom organization and support merchandising updates to ensure a premium in-store experience. Requirements include at least 1 year in retail, fashion trend awareness, strong communication, and proficiency with cash registers and basic tech.

Competenze

• 1+ of previous retail experience (cashier/stock experience, sales etc.).
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
• Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS, Internet).
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.
