Responsibilities include handling shipments, stocking, merchandising updates, and supporting team initiatives while upholding store standards and loss prevention policies.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience or equivalent
• Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer use
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Strong English language proficiency (for US market)

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and collect customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies; maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and perform visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests, collaborating with team.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
