Coach is a global fashion house seeking a Sales Support Associate in the United States. You will warmly welcome clients, operate POS, maintain cash wrap, assist with stock, and support visual merchandising to ensure a seamless store experience.

Requirements include 1+ years of retail experience, strong English proficiency, knowledge of cash registers, and basic computer skills. A flexible schedule including nights and weekends is expected in a fast-paced luxury setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to use iPad/laptop, Mobile POS and Internet.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-ons, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and implement visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests with confidence.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
