Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate in the United States. You will warmly welcome clients, provide personalized service, and act as a brand ambassador while assisting with social media engagement and store operations.

You’ll handle POS transactions, keep the cash wrap organized, and help manage stock and merchandising to ensure a polished sales floor. Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in retail, with strong English communication and a passion for fashion.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail or service.
• Strong understanding of fashion trends and customer needs.
• Ability to operate POS systems and use mobile devices on the sales floor.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and update visual merchandising.
• Support sales floor activities and collaborate with team and management.
• Maintain housekeeping and adhere to loss prevention guidelines.
