Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to join our luxury retail team in a fast-paced environment. You will greet clients, assist at the cash wrap, and maintain a well-organized sales floor, ensuring product flow from receipt to point of sale.

You will operate a POS accurately, handle cash, stock shipments, and participate in visual merchandising while delivering exceptional customer service and brand representation in a global fashion house.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail (cashier/stock/sales), preferably luxury retail; education plus experience may be considered.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Familiar with cash registers, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop), Mobile POS and internet; understands price release sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer-service skills.
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients warmly and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap.
• Suggest add-ons and promote gift cards; capture customer data.
• Receive and organize shipments; report discrepancies; keep stockroom clean.
• Maintain stock levels and perform visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
• Adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
