Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to join our luxury retail team in the United States. You will welcome clients, assist with purchases at the cash wrap, and maintain an organized sales floor to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

The role requires prior retail experience, knowledge of fashion trends, and strong English communication. You will lift shipments, participate in merchandising updates, and support team goals in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury retail.
Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
Familiarity with cash registers and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop).
Able to read price and product release sheets.
Strong attention to detail and organization.
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

Greet clients warmly and provide personalized assistance.
Act as a brand ambassador in-store and in the local market; support social media engagement.
Operate POS accurately; maintain cash wrap and stockroom organization.
Suggest add-ons, promote gift cards, and capture customer data where permitted.
Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies.
