Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition
• Ability to work flexible schedule including nights and weekends

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies.
• Manage stock levels and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support brand ambassador duties and social media engagement.
• Respond to customer requests and collaborate with team.
• Adhere to housekeeping standards and Loss Prevention guidelines.
• Promote gift cards and capture customer information where permitted
