Coach, a global fashion house and member of the Tapestry portfolio, seeks a Sales Support Associate to help drive store success with warm, efficient service at the cash wrap and a well‑maintained sales floor.

The role emphasizes accurate operations, stock flow from receipt to POS, and a brand‑first customer experience, including stock coordination, merchandising and teamwork in a fast‑paced luxury retail setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience preferred, ideally in luxury retail.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and competition.
• Experience with cash registers and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Internet).
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced setting.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers with warmth and professionalism and provide personalized service.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain the cash wrap area.
• Assist with stock transfers, merchandising, and floor replenishment.
• Support store goals and partner with team to deliver an exceptional guest experience.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and follow loss prevention guidelines.
