Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to join our luxury retail team. You will greet clients, assist with purchases at the cash wrap, and help maintain an organized sales floor while supporting stock movement from receipt to POS.

Ideal candidates have retail experience, an eye for fashion trends, and strong English communication skills. The role requires ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ years in retail, preferably luxury, with customer service experience.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competitive landscape.
• Familiarity with cash handling and POS operations.
• Basic computer skills to navigate tablets/POS and internet.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs.
• Serve as brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer data.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies.
• Manage stock levels and visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
• Maintain housekeeping and adhere to loss prevention guidelines.
