Job summary

Coach, part of the Tapestry family, is seeking a Sales Support Associate to greet customers, process transactions at the POS, and keep the sales floor inviting and well-organized. You will help manage shipments, stock, and visual merchandising while delivering exceptional service in a luxury retail environment.

Ideal candidates have 1+ year in luxury/retail, strong English, and comfort with cash handling and POS systems. Flexible schedule required, including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1+ of previous retail experience (cashier/stock/sales).
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Internet).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies.
• Manage stock levels, replenish the sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
