Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to help drive store performance with friendly, efficient service at the cash wrap and on the sales floor. You’ll assist customers, process transactions, stock shelves, and support merchandising efforts in a luxury retail environment.

The role requires retail experience, strong English communication, ability to multitask, and flexibility to work nights, weekends, and peak periods.

Qualifications

1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury; education plus experience can count.
Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
Familiarity with cash registers, basic computer skills, and POS usage.
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism and provide personalized assistance.
Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
Suggest add-ons, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
Receive, process, and organize shipments; maintain stockroom cleanliness.
Manage stock levels, replenish the floor, and update visual merchandising.
Support floor activities, respond to requests, and coordinate with team/management.
Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
