Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience (cashier/stock) preferred.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Familiar with cash register systems and basic computer tasks (iPad/laptop, Internet).
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain the cash wrap, following policy.
• Suggest add-on products and capture customer information when allowed.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish floor, and update merchandising.
