Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to help drive store success with warm, efficient service and precise cash wrap operations. The role emphasizes accuracy in handling stock, shipments, and POS transactions while maintaining a well-organized sales floor and strong brand representation.

The position requires prior retail experience, fashion awareness, and excellent communication. Flexibility for evenings, weekends, and peak periods is expected in a fast-paced luxury environment.

Qualificações

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably luxury.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Familiarity with cash register systems and basic computer skills (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS).
• Ability to read price sheets and product release information.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards; collect customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish floor stock, and apply visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to loss prevention guidelines.
