Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to help drive store performance with attentive, personalized service on the sales floor and at the cash wrap. You will ensure accurate processing at POS and maintain stockroom organization, supporting product flow from receipt to sale.

The role requires 1+ year retail experience, strong English communication, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Benefits and a foundation in luxury retail service are offered.

Qualifications

• 1+ year retail experience, preferably luxury retail service.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and marketplace competition.
• Experience with cash register systems and basic computer use.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism and provide personalized assistance.
• Operate POS, maintain cash wrap, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information.
• Receive, process and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies.
• Manage stock levels, replenish floor, and perform visual merchandising updates.
• Support floor activities, respond to customer requests, and cooperate with team.
• Maintain housekeeping and follow Loss Prevention guidelines.
