Job summary

Coach is seeking a Sales Support Associate to assist customers with warmth and professionalism, manage the cash wrap, and ensure a well-organized sales floor. You will help with stock, shipments, and merchandising while upholding brand standards in a fast-paced luxury environment.

The role requires strong English communication, multi-tasking ability, and a flexible schedule including nights and weekends. Prior retail experience in luxury service is preferred.

Qualifications

• 1+ retail experience (luxury preferred).
• Familiar with fashion trends and market competition.
• Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism.
• Serve as brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and stock transfers.
• Maintain stock levels and visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
