Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail or service environment.
• Strong knowledge of fashion trends and a commitment to excellent customer service.
• Excellent English communication and ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as brand ambassador; support social media engagement and brand presence.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash per policy.
