Coach, part of the Tapestry family, is seeking a Sales Support Associate to enhance store performance and guest experience. You will warmly welcome clients, maintain the sales floor, assist with stock movement, and support POS operations with accuracy while upholding brand standards.

Applicants should have at least 1+ year in retail, knowledge of fashion trends, and excellent communication in English. Flexible scheduling includes nights, weekends, and peak periods.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience, preferably luxury.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong English proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs.
• Serve as a brand ambassador; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately and maintain cash wrap organization.
• Suggest add-on products and promote gift cards.
• Receive, process and organize shipments; maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels and replenish the sales floor.
